  • How long does a demo take?

    Depends on your needs and systems. An average demo should take about 30-40 minutes and we leave time for questions at the end.

  • Which ERPs do you support?

    Gaviti is ERP agnostic. This means Gaviti supports all (yes! all!) enterprise resource planning systems (ERP), including SAP, Quickbooks, Priority ERP, Netsuite, and even any custom accounting or ERP software. We support both on premise and Online ERP implementations.

  • How long would it take to integrate?

    Gaviti will get you set up within days due to our unique product architecture and simplified integration model. A designated support agent will be available for questions and troubleshooting until you get up and running.

  • How do you integrate the data from the ERP?

    Gaviti can securely pull the needed data directly from your ERP if you’re using an online ERP. Alternatively, you can set up a report to be sent to Gaviti from your ERP. We accept this report in any methods convenient to you. For example, you can post it to a SFTP site, or even have it emailed with the report attached. Gaviti will take it from there

  • What type of security certification does Gaviti have to protect your data?

    Gaviti is certified with IS0 27001:2013.

  • What type of privacy certification does Gaviti have to protect your data?

  • What is a good DSO?

    Because every industry is different, there’s no such thing as a “good” DSO number. For textile, apparel, and footwear manufacturers, 98 days is perfectly fine. Specialty retailers consider seven days “good.” On average, anything under 60 days is considered healthy; again, that depends on your industry, business model, and payment options.
