Gaviti is looking for a Customer Success Manager with a proven track record in SaaS customer-facing roles, and a huge passion for customers!
The ideal candidate will join our growing team, bringing with them a strong background in building relationships and will help our clients be successful by using our platform.
The customer success manager will be responsible for client’s customer journey, from onboarding, adoption to expansion and renewals
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on renewals and upsells opportunities.
- Work closely with our customers to help them adopt Gaviti and achieve their business goals.
- Become a trusted advisor and ambassador of change with our Customers.
- Protect existing revenue streams, identify opportunities and risks.
- Monitor key performance metrics like customer satisfaction, renewal rate, upsell/cross-sell, renewal likelihood, adoption, and customer engagement.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, strategic account planning and promote internal advocacy
- Willingness to work Monday- Friday or Sunday- Thursday with 2 times a week US hours
- At least 3 years SaaS account management or CSM experience.
- Strong consulting and project management skills, with proven results working as a reliable advisor to drive business value for customers
- Technical curiosity, acumen, and aptitude to quickly understand product capabilities, technology, technical issues, and customer needs
- Experience working with Salesforce/ HubSpot or any Web-based technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional etiquette.
- Native English or at mother tongue level – Must
