    This person will take part in designing and maintaining our product.

    Key Responsibilities::
    • Develop the understanding of company products to meet the company’s current and future goals
    • Lead and manage one of our most valuable product assets to success using superb UX approach with great analytics skills
    • Define and establish domain’s KPI’s
    • Measure results, identify the impact and release test versions to improve the domain KPIs.
    • Define funnel dashboards, and reports to facilitate company-wide transparency needs, KPI’s and domain roadmap.
    • Work as part of the product team and various stakeholders to shape features and product roadmaps.
    Requirements::
    • 3+ years experience as web Product Manager
    • Internet product background – mandatory
    • Analytics & Data tools experience (GA\Mixpanel\Power BI etc.) – mandatory
    • Proficient in English written and verbal – mandatory

    Content Writer responsibilities include conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication. If you’re familiar with producing online content and have an eye for detail, we’d like to meet you. Feel free to share samples of your work or portfolio of your published articles, along with your application.
    Ultimately, you’ll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audiences, attract customers and boost brand awareness.

    Qualifications:
    • 2+ years proven work experience as a Marketing Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role

    The Position:

    The customer success manager will understand customer outcomes and turn this into onboarding and retention strategies as well as feed into the product road map. They’ll be involved in all aspects of support, account management, demonstrating the product, educating customers and more.

    Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post-go-live support.
    • Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyzing customer health metrics, running NPS and gathering other feedback.
    • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into the product roadmap.
    • Collaborate closely with team members to support renewals and expansion opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the engineering and development team to set up or configure our software platform as per customers’ requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers
