  • Customer Success Manager
    Tel Aviv, Israel
    About us:

    The Position::

    The customer success manager will understand customer outcomes and turn this into onboarding and retention strategies as well as feed into the product road map. They’ll be involved in all aspects of support, account management, demonstrating the product, educating customers and more.

    Responsibilities::

     

    • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post go-live support.
    • Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyse customer health metrics, run NPS and gather other feedback.
    • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into the product road map. 
    • Collaborate closely with team members to support renewals and expansion opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the engineering and development team to set up or configure our software platform as per customers’ requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers
    • Gauge customers’ levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements
    • Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our customer base
    Experience :

     

    • 3+ years customer success or account management experience in a SaaS or software company.
    • Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role.
    • Experience of working with Hubspot or other CRM/Ticketing systems.
    • Have, or be willing to learn, basic technical skills in data files such as CSV, excel, JSON.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional etiquette (Strong preference to native English speaker or similar level)

  • Business Development Manager (Partners/ Resellers)

    Responsibilities:
    • Research, pursue, and onboard new business partners and resellers.
    • Develop relationships with existing partners and resellers.
    • Manage day-to-day relationships with partners including commercial, legal, financial, and marketing aspects.
    • Identify, qualify, initiate, manage and lead sales and business development processes until contract closure – with partners and customers.
    • Own your partner’s portfolio targets and deliver the results.
    • Track, report, analyze, and optimize the performance of partnerships.
    • Manage business engagements from initiation to closing (including POCs and RFPs).
    • Support partners as needed.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in international business development/ sales roles
    • Experience in recruiting and managing successful partnerships (channels/ resellers)
    • Track record  of successful SaaS B2B sales processes
    • Strong relationship-builder, initiator, and team player
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively and work independently
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Great negotiation skills
    • Last but not least – passionate and go-getter, with a can-do attitude

    • Design, implement, verify, and maintain software systems.
    • Building and designing large-scale applications.
    • Work in a CI/CD environment with cutting-edge technologies.

    • Research and discover new methods to acquire data, and new applications for existing data.
    • Participate in architecture and data design using best practices.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science OR equivalent work experience.
