Gaviti Pay: Streamlining Payment Processing and Enhancing Security

Gaviti Pay, an integrated payment gateway in your A/R Management platform, is powered by Stripe and can be easily enabled. Customers who activate this module experience a decrease in the DSO of 35%, and an increase in the rate of paid invoices.

Your customers will be able to streamline their payment processing, have their own payment gateway, enhancing security and reducing the risk of fraud.

Additional Features that Came from Our Customers

• New Widgets: Now you can personalize your widgets with any data you have in the dashboard and create your own dashboard!

• “Pre Collection” Status: Enhanced internal Invoice Approval Feature. Are you looking to have more control over your invoices before they reach your customers? We’re excited to introduce a new functionality that lets you hold an invoice within the Workflow. Now, you can review and approve your invoices internally before they are dispatched to your clients.

• User Management: We’ve added the ability for admins to see the last login of each user. Also, you will be able to export a report of your users’ login history for the last 3 months.

• Save ACH Payment Details: Up until now, only credit card data were saved! Now Gaviti has added the option to save ACH payment details. Your customer experience improves by giving them the option to save their payment details.

• Drill Down in More Widgets: Payment History, Payment Terms, & Payment Forecasting now have the ability to drill down by invoice.

• Filter invoices with/without attachments.
